Raining Cats and Dogs Block of the Month Quilt
10 months of wonderful fun!
For the first time, we are proposing to run a Block of the Month quilt programme starting in December 2011 and the quilt we have chosen is Raining Cats and Dogs from Bunny Hill Designs.

(55″ x 62″ Finished Quilt Size.)
The programme runs for 10 months and each month you will receive the fabric and instructions to make one block from the quilt. In the final month, you will receive the border fabric and directions for putting the blocks together and completing the quilt.
The cost of making the quilt is spread out over the 10 month period. There will be an initial sign up fee of £39.95, then a monthly charge which is likely to be £19.50 a month.
At the moment, we are asking customers to register their expression of interest. It will not commit you to anything at this stage, but will help us to plan the programme.
There will be a limited number of places available on this programme and we will offer places to those who expressed an interest, on a first come first served basis.
Filled with whimsical cats and the cutest little dogs, you’ll be smiling the whole time you make this quilt! You can see more pictures and read about the quilt on the Bunny Hill Designs blog.
So send an email to sales@hulucrafts.co.uk or call us on 01548 831911 if you are interested in making this quilt!

Grace by 3 Sisters
Grace is the latest collection from fabric designers 3 Sisters. The hearth’s aglow with rich, warm fireside tones reminiscent of cinnamon and cocoa. Delicate rosebuds and blossoms alongside elegant paisleys and flourishing roses make this collection a classic to be cherished for years to come.

Lilac Hill from Moda
Lilac Hill is a pretty collection by Brannock and Patek for Moda and we have in stock what we believe are the nicest designs from this fabric collection. I love the purples and the robins are very cute too!
Lilac Hill fabrics would work very well with the Days in Provence quilt by House on the Hill.

Moda Collection for a Cause – Hope by Howard Marcus
The latest Moda jelly rolls, charm packs and layer cakes to arrive are from Collection for a Cause – Hope. Howard Marcus Dunn, owner of United Notions, started an ongoing program called Collection for a Cause featuring antique prints and supporting different charities and good causes.
Proceeds from this collection, Hope, will be donated to THE ALS Association, whose aim is to care for and support all people living with Lou Gehrig’s Disease as they search for a cure.
This fabric is reproduced from a circa 1830-1840 Lemoyne star quilt from upstate New York.

Moda Quilt Kit – Happy
We had a visit from the Moda rep today and I grabbed a Moda quilt kit to make this bright and modern quilt using the Happy collection by Me and My Sister Designs.
It contains the fabric for the quilt top, binding and pattern to make a quilt that measures 44″ x 53″. It would be a good kit for someone who’s new to quilting as the shapes are very straight forward.
We’ve just got the one kit, so if you fancy making it, then do get in quick before someone else does. £40.
