Sirdar began as a yarn spinning company in 1880 who set out to create a good name for themselves and to produce high quality products. Sirdar still maintain these principles today and currently publish over 300 new designs a year and stock a collection of over 750 designs in leaflets and books. They have an extensive yarn range with an incredible 900 individual colours. Sirdar knitting patterns are for babies, children and adults using Sirdar Yarn
