Delivery Information

At Hulu, we make it our priority to ship your order as soon as possible. Most of our products are available for same day despatch if you order before midday. We ship orders Monday to Friday. Please note in times of high demand shipping may take a little longer. If there are any problems with your order we will let you know as soon as possible by email or telephone.

The cost for postage and packing is based on the goods in your shopping basket and the delivery destination. You can check what the amount will be before completing your order.

Orders within the UK

For a delivery address within the UK, you will have the choice of either Royal Mail 1st Class, Royal Mail 2nd Class, Royal Mail Special Delivery or courier service. A signature may be required upon receipt if your order is of a high value. If you choose Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class, the prices are as follows:

Whilst we make every effort to despatch your order as quickly as possible, we cannot be responsible for any delays in delivery caused by Royal Mail. If you require your order urgently, we suggest that you choose Special Delivery option which is a guarantee next day service.

International Orders

For a delivery address outside the UK, we usually use the UK’s Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed service. Delivery is usually within five to seven days for Europe and seven to fourteen days for the rest of the world, following the day of posting.

We cannot be responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the postal system.

International prices are based on the total weight of the products you are purchasing. A delivery quotation is given on the shopping basket page before you checkout.

  • Rest of World - charges start from £12.15

When ordering goods for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Please be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

We reserve the right to withhold delivery to any particular place or location at our sole discretion.

If you order hasn't arrived

Our system will email you to let you know when we have despatched your order, but please wait 10 working days before contacting us about non-delivery. We know it's frustrating, but it's most likely on its way and Royal Mail don't consider a parcel to be lost until until 10 days after the expected due date, so there's not much we can do before then. (A working day does include Saturdays, but not Sundays.)

It's worth checking with your local delivery office to see if they have anything for you, as sometimes you may not have been notified that a parcel is waiting there for you to collect. We've also had cases of packages being delivered to neighbours but no card being left for the recipient.

If your order still hasn't arrived after 10 working days and it's not been left somewhere for you to collect, please get in touch and we'll investigate to see if we can track it down for you! And if all else fails, we'll do our best to replace the original order.
