TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS

1. These terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by Hulu Ltd, whose registered office is at Sentinel House, Modbury, Devon, PL21 0XX, UK. Registered in England No. 07768555. Where these terms and conditions use terms such as "we", "us" and "our" they refer to Hulu Ltd. 

2. We offer this website, including all the information, tools and services available on it, on the condition that you accept these terms and conditions and the associated privacy policy available on our website. 

3. By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. 

4. You can view the most current version of these terms and conditions at any time by visiting this website page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these terms and conditions, without prior notice to you, by posting updates on this page. It is your responsibility to check this page on each visit to your website, read these terms and conditions and ensure you understand them before making a purchase.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

5. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. 

6. Any content that you enter onto this website may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks and may involve changes in order to conform and adapt to the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. 

7. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or otherwise exploit for commercial gain, or otherwise, any portion of any of the content on the website or any other part of the service that we offer on this website. 

8. Headings and titles used on this website are done so for convenience only. They do not constitute any part of the terms and conditions and will not limit or otherwise affect the terms herein.

ORDERING
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. In addition to the price, you will be required to pay a delivery charge for the goods.

The goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods you have ordered are not available in stock, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling your order.

We accept payment by most major Credit Cards and PayPal. If you are shopping from overseas or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. Please do not send your credit card information via email.

When you receive confirmation of an order from us it is to indicate that we have received your order. No contract exists between you and Hulu for the sale of any goods until we have received and accepted your order and we have received payment in full (in cleared funds). Once we do so, there is a binding legal contract between us. By way of clarification, an acknowledgement of your order will be sent to you via e-mail when you place your order, but acceptance of your offer to buy the goods will not take place until after your payment is taken and you receive your shipping e-mail. It is at this point that a binding legal contract is created and any contract is subject to these Terms and Conditions. The contract is subject to your right of cancellation (see below). We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. We reserve the right to refuse an order if we are advised by our payment processers that a tranaction may be 'high risk' or possibly fraudulent.



ONLINE STORE TERMS

9. Our website offers a range of products and or services for sale. Where we refer to an 'item' we are referring to a single product or service available for purchase on this website. 

10. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that the details displayed for a particular item offered for sale are correct at the time when the information was entered onto the system. 

11. Whilst care is taken to ensure that we display as accurately as possible appearances, colours, textures or finishes, what you will see on your computer monitor or equipment may differ and so we cannot guarantee that images are an accurate representation of the actual goods or services that you are purchasing.

12. We may not be able to accept your order due to one or more of the following reasons, or for a reason not listed below:

i) The item you have ordered is out of stock

ii) We cannot authorise your payment or have reasonable grounds to suspect your payment may be fraudulent

iii) There has been a pricing or product description error

iv) There is a system or procurement failure

v) You have failed our customer validation checks

13. When you place an order you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. This email is not confirmation that your order has been accepted by us.

14. Your order will only be accepted by us once your goods have been dispatched.

International Sales
We are more than happy to take orders from customers who live outside the UK. If paying by PayPal, please note however that unfortunately PayPal doesn’t allow a different shipping country from the shopper’s PayPal account country. What this means is that if you opened a PayPal account in the UK, then PayPal will only accept the transaction if the shipping country is the UK. If you are now living in abroad, then you will need to change your PayPal account so that your account country reflects your new country of residence.

When ordering goods for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.Please be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.


MODIFICATIONS TO OUR SERVICE AND PRICING

15. Prices for items are subject to change without notice. 

16. We reserve the right to, at any time, modify or discontinue any part of the service that we offer, or any part of content thereof, without any notice to you. 

17. We accept no liability to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuation of the service. 

DELIVERY

Shipping charges are displayed at the checkout stage. Every effort will be made to despatch your order as soon as possible after your order has been accepted - this is usually within 1-2 working days.

The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order. Unless special arrangements have been made, a signature will be required upon delivery for Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery, or Special Delivery service and for orders sent by courier. If delivery cannot be made to your address because there is no one available to receive the goods, the goods will be held at a local depot and you will be informed as to how you may collect the goods.

If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons under Hulu's control we will inform you as soon as possible and alternative arrangements will be made. We cannot be responsible for any delays in delivery caused by Royal Mail or other carrier and we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
If you have not received your order within the expected time frame, please check to see if you have been left a 'while you were out' card by your postman.  If there is no card, may we suggest you contact your local sorting office, to see if it has been returned there. If it is not at your sorting office, then please contact us, but we would add that we are unable to process any claims for items 'missing' with Royal Mail until 15 working days have elapsed for UK mail, or 25 days for International mail.
You must notify us of any mistake or issues within 7 days of receiving your order.


18. During checkout, you may be presented with one or more options for delivery. Where an estimated timescale for delivery is provided, this is an estimate only and your items may be delayed in being received due to circumstances beyond our control (such as a courier delay, or at busy times).

19. Where you select a "next day delivery" option, orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays may not be despatched for delivery until the following Monday and so may not be received until Tuesday. 

ORDER CANCELLATION

20. If you wish to cancel an order you have placed you must contact us immediately to ascertain whether the items have been dispatched or not. Where they have been dispatched, you will need to return the item to us and you will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the items.

21. Where items have not been dispatched prior to a cancellation request, our refund policy will apply.

22. Where you have ordered a personalised, perishable or time critical item (such as food, newspapers, event tickets or e-vouchers) you may not be able to cancel for a full refund.

LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY

23. We shall not be liable for any direct, special, indirect or consequential or incidental damages including loss of profit or loss of opportunity as a result of the use of or the inability to use any items that have been ordered on this website.

24. You agree to indemnify us and our agents, officers, directors and employees, immediately and on demand, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of any breach of any of our terms and conditions.

JURISDICTION

25. These terms and conditions shall be governed in accordance with English Law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

26. These terms and conditions combined with our published Privacy Policy (also available through this website) and Refund Policy (also available through this website) constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and us whether written or oral.

GENERAL

27. Should any part-term or term be found to be unenforceable then the remainder of the terms and conditions shall continue to have full force and effect as if the invalidated term was not present.

28. Should any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these terms and conditions arise where it is beyond our reasonable control, we will not be responsible to you for such delay or failure nor liable for any loss that you incur, howsoever caused.
