Where is my order?
Every effort is made to despatch your order as soon as possible. You should receive an email on the day we despatch it, to let you know that it is on its way. Once it is in the postal system, it is only usually possible to track it, once an attempt has been made to deliver it. If you have any questions, please get in touch and we will do our best to update you on the progress of your order.
I have a discount code, how do I use it?
If you have a discount code, simply enter the code into the discount box during checkout.
Why does payment go out of my account before my order is sent?
For security reasons we do not hold any of your payment details, therefore payment is taken immediately when you supply us with your details at the checkout. Payments are managed directly via the bank at the point of sale.
Do you repair or service sewing machines?
No, I'm afraid we no longer repair or service sewing machines. However we can recommend two people who do.

Where does the name Hulu come from?
Hulu is the Hawaiian word for wool
