A pattern for two small quilts, made with Moda mini charm packs.

2 ½” x 2 ½” squares - that's the starting point for these quilts. Mini charm packs of your favourite collection, regular sized charm squares and pieces left from other projects or a really big scrap basket - they're all perfect for these quilts.

Jot No. 1 ~ the rectangle – measures 20 ½” x 25 ¼” 

• Asst. Light, Medium & Dark mini charm or 2 ½” x 2 ½” squares for blocks – 60 ~ 48 squares need to be in 24 pairs of 2 matching 
• Background for blocks, sashing & inner border – ½ yard 
• Cornerstones – 2 mini charm squares/2 ½” x 2 ½” squares or 1 piece – 2 ½” x 5” 
• Outer Border – 1/6 yard 
• Binding – 1/6 yard 
• Backing -- ¾ yard –enough for backing and binding

Jot No. 2 ~ the square – measures 25” x 25” 

• Asst. Light, Medium & Dark mini charm or 2 ½” x 2 ½” squares for blocks – 64 ~ 32 pairs of 2 matching 
• Background for blocks – ‚Öú yard 
• Sashing & Outer Border – ‚Öú yard 
• Binding – ¼ yard 
• Backing -- ‚Öû yard –enough for backing and binding
